Cheesecake with halva

The main part of the cheesecake, the filling is a mixture of soft cheese and cottage cheese, sugar and fatty milk, cream, coffee.
Unlike the usual one, it does not have a dough crust: it consists entirely of cheese cream. It has a caramelized, slightly burnt crust and a very tender, semi-baked filling.
